Ahmad Moalej's success story is the perfect example of The American Dream. Born to immigrant parents, Ahmad grew up in Los Angeles exploring the wonders of California, studying and dreaming of his future success as an entrepreneur, and frequenting American fast-food restaurants, which, to him, represented the American experience. Some of those same restaurants he frequented as a child are now a part of his QSR portfolio.
Ahmad has been active in the food service retail industry since 1997, and founded Stellaris Group in 2008. Through its subsidiaries, Stellaris Group owns and oversees 69 nationally branded restaurant franchises throughout the Western United States.
Mr. Moalej is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree Summa Cum Laude and the Hilton Center for Business, Loyola Marymount University with an MBA degree and the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, Food Industry Management Program.
Purchased his first business in 2008 with an SBA Loan and now is currently a 59-unit Carl’s Jr Franchisee with over $80,000,000 annual sales and growing.
Has over 20 years of Food Service Industry and Franchise Restaurant Experience.
Employs over 1.200 employees through his management company and plans to hire more employees as he continues to grow
Owns NNN commercial and residential properties on the west coast and has relationships with various large lenders.
